Yay!
We have been advised our start date is the 5th sept for the site scrape and then 17th sept for the slab. Starting to get there now. So with the 168 days it has in the contract that puts the finishing date at 21.2.14! PD tried to tell us that 168 days doesn't include the 28 days off over Christmas! But in their own contract it clearly states it includes it. Silly duffers!So soon we will be able to start posting photos, which will be great!

ReplyDeleteKeep and eye on that... we had 217 days inclusive in our contract. Insurance estimated 28 April completion date and contract expired on 17 July, and we are still waiting for handover.
